Elements of Maturity

About Us

Reveal is a member of the Q Data group of companies (see Elements of Maturity on side bar) that supports and promotes Business Maturity. Reveal focuses on “Information Maturity” - a key element in supporting organizations to achieve a high degree of Business Maturity. This high degree of Maturity allows organizations to drive towards business value and harness the power of an integrated Enterprise Application environment by managing the four elements to maturity.

Organizations that are slow to react to changing market conditions are experiencing low Business Maturity levels. Some typical symptoms include: a significant mistrust in the information from their systems, limited real-time information to adjust and change to the turns in the economy, frustrated people (users) that don’t know what they don’t know and limited visibility on key metrics. Business Maturity is achieved by carefully and deliberately building various Elements of Maturity throughout the organization.

Reveal shows organizations how to see and manage supply chain constraints on a daily basis, the result of which is reduced operating costs, increased service levels and optimized integrated business processes.

The reality of running a business in real time is that it requires a balanced and up-to-date supply chain. Delays in data input in the system at any point relegates this ideal to fantasy. Traditional thinking of spreadsheet management outside of the system needs to be altered when working in real time. This means that the data in the system must be a true reflection of what is happening on the shop floor, in real time, and throughout the company.
