In this session, we will explore how to practically apply IBP’s capabilities to facilitate the first three steps in the S&OP process.

We will introduce the end-to-end process framework including key integration points, explore how to build a strong consensus-based demand plan and measure its success, and pivot into the key building blocks of an effective supply review with the requisite KPI’s that support effective decision making. Throughout the discussion, we will highlight common challenges of building an effective S&OP process and how to overcome them.

Setting up for Success: How to Reconcile Plans With Reality, and Develop a Data Driven Culture for Performance Management and Decision Making

In this session, we will pick up from the Supply Review and delve into the Reconciliation or Pre-Exec Review followed by the Executive S&OP

We will explore which features of IBP will feed into the steps and how to take the final constrained plans into execution. We’ll also discuss dollarization of the plans and how to review vs AOP/STRAP plans, as well as how to overcome common disruptions in the extended supply chain. We’ll spend some time on dashboards and analytics, what if scenarios and simulations and setting alerts that back your goals. Lastly, we’ll discuss change management, moving from passive to active participation throughout the process and how to level up from wherever your starting point is today!
