Experienced, with 3+ years of professional experience in recruiting
Experience managing and maintaining an applicant tracking system.
Implementation and optimization of ATS system experience a plus.
Detail oriented. Exceptionally organized with incredible time management skills.
Experience applying new recruiting strategies.
Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines
Optimistic and Fun; take your work seriously but have fun doing it with an optimistic outlook
Inquisitive. Innovative and resourceful; constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
Ensure clean data input and candidate tracking happens within our ATS.
Build a pipeline of candidates to fill future needs of the organization
Track and understand relevant metrics for your activity and pipeline and actively share your progress.
Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Onboard new hires and ensure some transition to the company
Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
Source and screen candidates for technical skills, experience, value alignment for positions across all teams
Become a business expert-understand how what, why of the role and how it affects the company needs and impacts, challenges
