Reveal Volunteers at Target Hunger in Houston Texas

November 20, 2017 by Kelly Kuhlman

Target Hunger’s mission is to alleviate hunger and its root causes in the Houston neighborhoods they serve. As a community-based nonprofit, Target Hunger depends upon the support and input of the community for their success.  A vital aspect of that support is volunteerism.  Each year, Target Hunger welcomes hundreds of volunteers who donate their time and services to help individuals and families in Houston who are in the greatest need.

The Reveal team gives hundreds of volunteer hours in their community and around the world each year, making neighborhoods safer, healthier and a better place for everyone. Reveal wanted to put those hours into helping Houston with their continued recovery from Hurricane Harvey and more …

This week, November 20-21st, Reveal is honored to be traveling to Houston to help Target Hunger with their Thanksgiving Distribution and continued Disaster Recovery. This event will allow us to feel the instant impact by working with the community Target Hunger serves! We are grateful for this opportunity and are so thankful we are able to help and be a part of such a great cause.

Reveal helped pack and distribute 180 Thanksgiving meals to Houston communities that included Turkey, Carrots, Apples, Bananas, Potatoes, Cabbage, Eggs, and Juice.
