Increasing Customer Satisfaction & Product Availability

When we think about customer satisfaction, our thoughts often go to survey’s and data mining but not necessarily to how we are using SAP to support our customers’ expectation. We know that we use SAP to predict the demand in the marketplace and then use that forecast to drive our supply chain to deliver; so why don’t we see that immediate correlation? Within SAP we have the capabilities to support getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time; but are we accomplishing it to the customers expectation?
