What can be done to minimize supply chain disruption in a warehouse?

Businesses go through many fluctuations and crises of supply and demand. The COVID-19 is a pandemic that effects all world supply chains and can cripple warehouse's material flow both inbound and out. If your warehouse environment is typically a distribution or CPG model, it may be looking like a flow- thru or cross docking facility now with demand that may be exceeding the capacity. The simplest thing that may help; might seem like the hardest, which is keeping your house in order. • Be creative and simple, but stick to the rules
• Use your system tools to monitor to drive behavior
• Be proactive and stay positive
